Returns

The right of withdrawal can be exercised up to 14 days after receiving the order by sending an email to: [email protected]

From that moment, you have 14 additional days to send the items to be returned to the following address:

The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unused, in their original packaging or in another well-sealed cardboard box.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, for which there will be no right of return once the order has been placed.

Refund

The refund will be made to the same account used for payment:

• Payments by bank transfer: the refund will be sent to the originating account.
• Payments with PayPal or credit card: the refund will be made to the associated account.

The refund will be processed only after the receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must provide the tracking number or, failing that, the delivery receipt.

CKCAUTOSPORT reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the established deadlines or whose products do not maintain the conditions in which they were sent.
