With the transistor technology used in the PHC ballasts, the kit is an excellent compromise between M-Tech analog and digital ballasts. This set is more suitable for vehicles manufactured up to 2006, as it does not cause the 'bulb out' error in them. Full voltage stabilization prevents strobe light effects (flickering) and sudden light outages, and the applied filters eliminate interference with CB and FM radio.
