PRO Next Generation Series LED Set

A kit designed to convert the original yellow halogen light to LED technology. The LSPRO NG uses the latest generation of the CSP1860 LED chip which, thanks to its innovative design and the solutions used (including a special ceramic base), allows for up to 150% more light compared to the first generation. The new design, similar to a halogen filament, results in more homogeneous light, better coupling with headlights and lenses, and no appearance of spots or shadows on the street. The precise assembly, with state-of-the-art SMT machines, ensures reliability in all conditions.
The cooling system has been drastically improved in the models of the LSPRO Next Gen line. The ActivAir technology has been replaced with a much better and therefore much more efficient solution. The use of FrontAir technology, that is, the expulsion of air through the light cavity, directly impacts the lifespan and thus road safety.
An innovative solution used in the LSPRO NEXT GENERATION is the NTC sensor. It stabilizes the temperature and at the same time the luminous flux, which protects the LED chip from excessive overheating, ensuring reliability and longevity.
Thanks to the application of the mentioned solutions, it was also possible to reduce the diameter of the heat sink by up to 25% (currently the diameter is 30 mm).

The kit is electromagnetically compatible (EMC & EMI), meaning it does not cause interference with other devices (e.g., radios). Additionally, protection against surges and interference and a start-up voltage control system ensure safety and smooth operation.
