LSPROS Heavy Duty LED set

This set is designed to convert original halogen lights into LED lighting for vehicles with a 24 V electrical system. The LSPROS HEAVY DUTY uses the latest generation CSP 3570 LED chip which, thanks to its innovative design and features (such as the multipoint current distribution technology without wires and the special ceramic base), achieves a maximum luminous power of 4800 lm and 46W, ensuring a significant improvement in road visibility.

The new Plug&Play design ensures that the LSPROS HEAVY DUTY has the same size as traditional halogen bulbs, making installation easy without the need for adapters or connectors.

The LSPROS HEAVY DUTY incorporates a highly efficient FrontAir cooling system, also known in the LSPROS and LSPRO SMART series. The FrontAir technology, which drives air through the bulb base chamber, directly influences the product's lifespan and stabilizes the LED chip temperature, enhancing safety during use.


The set is electromagnetically compatible (EMC and EMI), meaning it does not cause interference with other devices (e.g., radios). Additionally, it includes surge and interference protection, an NTC sensor (which stabilizes temperature and light output, protecting the LED chip from overheating), and a start voltage control system for reliable operation.
