Popular for vintage and classic transmissions, such as gearboxes equipped with synchronization from the mid-1930s to the early 1950s in cars and trucks.
Helps with noisy or rough shifts in 4-speed Dodge/Plymouth A-833 transmissions with issues from 1964 to 1969.
An option for noisy transmissions when mixed with 75W90NS or MT-90 to increase viscosity level.
Also used in clutch-type limited slip differentials in racing for maximum locking; some users add a limited slip friction modifier in small doses to customize slippage.
